Alhambra Plaza, Samborond\u00f3n. El cual tuvo como objetivo reconocer el ingenio y creatividad de chefs, foodies y emprendedores que han transformado la industria gastron\u00f3mica en Ecuador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El evento ofreci\u00f3 un espacio para conocer a los principales actores de la industria, compartir experiencias y abrir nuevas oportunidades de negocios. Entre los speakers estuvieron Sebasti\u00e1n Navas, coordinador de Gastronom\u00eda en la Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Irene Gonz\u00e1lez, juez de Masterchef Ecuador, y Ram\u00f3n Salto, chef de Oro Verde Hotels, entre otros.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, se realiz\u00f3 una charla magistral dictada por Sebasti\u00e1n Navas, Master &#8216;s in Culinary Management y Coordinador de la carrera de Gastronom\u00eda de la Universidad San Francisco de Quito, quien abord\u00f3 la tem\u00e1tica sobre las \u00faltimas tendencias en la industria culinaria y enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de la innovaci\u00f3n culinaria y su relaci\u00f3n con la sostenibilidad, as\u00ed como el potencial de la gastronom\u00eda como una industria en constante crecimiento que cuenta historias, tradiciones e identidades. Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la necesidad de buscar la creatividad y la diferencia en vez de s\u00f3lo replicar lo que funciona en la industria y de entender las tendencias y lo que las personas buscan en el mundo de la gastronom\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La USFQ lider\u00f3 una valiosa contribuci\u00f3n al evento de Innovaci\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica al enfatizar la importancia del entendimiento profundo del p\u00fablico, las personas y las tendencias globales para fomentar un ambiente propicio para el desarrollo de la creatividad e innovaci\u00f3n en el campo culinario.
