La caravana nacional por el Yasun\u00ed tiene como objetivo movilizar a la sociedad ecuatoriana para promover la opci\u00f3n del \u00abS\u00cd\u00bb en la pr\u00f3xima consulta popular del 20 de agosto, buscando proteger el lugar m\u00e1s biodiverso del mundo: el Yasun\u00ed, y a los pueblos y nacionalidades ind\u00edgenas que habitan esta zona, en especial los pueblos en aislamiento que corren el riesgo de etnocidio por la actividad petrolera.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">La caravana inici\u00f3 desde Quito y recorrer\u00e1 12 ciudades principales entre ellas Ba\u00f1os, Ambato, Latacunga, Quito, Santo Domingo de los Ts\u00e1chilas, ingresar\u00e1 a la provincia de Manab\u00ed, culminando en Guayaquil el mi\u00e9rcoles 16 de agosto con un evento de cierre. Diversas organizaciones, l\u00edderes comunitarios, activistas, estudiantes, ciudadanos comprometidos y otros sectores organizacionales se unir\u00e1n para expresar su apoyo a la campa\u00f1a \u00abYasun\u00ed S\u00ed y Punto\u00bb. Durante la caravana, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo actividades culturales, ceremonias ancestrales, charlas informativas y testimonios de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas que nos pueden demostrar otra forma de relacionarnos con la naturaleza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">La caravana tiene dos rutas que se realizar\u00e1n de manera simult\u00e1nea, la ruta norte empez\u00f3 desde Ba\u00f1os, recorrer\u00e1 Cuenca, Machala y El triunfo. Por otro lado, la ruta sur empez\u00f3 desde Quito, Ambato, Latacunga, Santo Domingo, Portoviejo y finalmente se realizar\u00e1 un evento de clausura en Guayaquil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">La iniciativa \u00abYasun\u00ed S\u00ed y Punto\u00bb enfatiza la importancia de caminar hacia una econom\u00eda que no comprometa el bienestar de las personas y diferentes formas de vida con su entorno natural, en\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">donde la reproducci\u00f3n de la vida se encuentre en el centro, como no sucede con las actividades extractivas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Entre las acciones propuestas para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos econ\u00f3micos se encuentran la renegociaci\u00f3n de contratos petroleros, el fomento del turismo ecol\u00f3gico, la agroecolog\u00eda, la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, la etnomedicina, la bioeconom\u00eda y todo el conocimiento ancestral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Esta es la primera consulta popular a nivel global que propone mantener el petr\u00f3leo en el subsuelo como medida real para combatir el cambio clim\u00e1tico cuyas consecuencias las estamos experimentando en Ecuador con inundaciones, deslaves, olas de calor y sequ\u00edas que se agravar\u00e1n en el futuro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">La caravana marca un paso crucial en el camino hacia un futuro sostenible para Ecuador, donde la conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad y los derechos de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas son prioritarios.
