Por primera vez, ambas iniciativas se unen en un mismo espacio, buscando brindar conocimientos sobre gastronom\u00eda y barismo, y propiciar la empleabilidad de las nuevas generaciones mediante formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y experiencias pr\u00e1cticas. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En esta edici\u00f3n, 43 j\u00f3venes de Quito participaron en el ciclo formativo: 33 estudiantes universitarios de la carrera de gastronom\u00eda provenientes de la UIDE y 10 j\u00f3venes vinculados a FUDELA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante 24 horas de capacitaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica, los estudiantes formaron parte de un programa integral cuyos m\u00f3dulos incluyeron temas claves como nutrici\u00f3n, higiene alimentaria, lectura de etiquetas, control de calidad, manejo de maquinaria especializada, m\u00e9todos de extracci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9, y t\u00e9cnicas de servicio. Adem\u00e1s, se fortalecieron habilidades blandas esenciales para incursionar en el mundo laboral, como la preparaci\u00f3n de una hoja de vida y una simulaci\u00f3n de entrevistas laborales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cEn Nestl\u00e9 estamos convencidos de que el talento joven tiene el poder de transformar realidades. Con programas como YOCUTA y Nestl\u00e9 J\u00f3venes Baristas, brindamos formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de calidad y generamos oportunidades concretas para que las nuevas generaciones construyan su futuro\u201d<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 Mar\u00eda Alejandra Mart\u00edn, Directora de Nestl\u00e9 Professional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La formaci\u00f3n fue liderada por un equipo de expertos, entre los cuales se destacan Fernanda Donoso, Chef Ejecutiva de Nestl\u00e9 Professional, y Julio Plaza, Barista de Nestl\u00e9 Professional.
